Grapes – A fun snack to eat regular, frozen, or fermented, grapes help to reduce risks related to blood clots. They have the added benefit of lowering bad cholesterol and help to prevent damage to your heart. It seems a glass of wine a day really can be beneficial!
Kiwi – Did you know that you can eat the outside of the fruit? This will triple your intake of fiber from the conception, and kiwi already has a significant amount of fiber in it. They’re also packed with vitamin C.
